Ethan Evans is an accomplished bass player and composer based in the UK.

After studying music at BIMM Bristol, Ethan has developed a versatile and adaptability when playing bass, perfect for any situation that is given. Specialising within Jazz, Neo-soul and funk genres with influences from Joe Dart, Victor Wooten, Jaco Pastorius alongside many other bass players. Ethan has been able to cater his understanding of rhythm, melody and harmony to create the right bass line for any track.

During his time at university, Ethan split his studies into focusing on being a versatile and adaptable session player such as Carol Kaye or Pino Palladino. Alongside composing for visual media such as films, television shows and video games.

While studying Ethan has been able to develop an expansive repertoire of music from different styles, including but not limited to rock, pop and jazz. This has allowed Ethan to perform within different orchestrations and arrangements of many different styles and genre.

Ethan has worked alongside many different visual media formats whether it be for game, film, tv or animations. Ethan has worked alongside these creators to compose and arrange tracks that are designed for the desired use

Along side these projects working with different creators Ethan has a solo project based within electronic jazz fusion, where he is able to perform music in a new style that allows Ethan to play the bass guitar in the style and arrangement of his own playing.
